1. Digital Marketing & Consultancy Services

  • Payments made for strategy, campaigns, or consultancy are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If services cannot be delivered due to our fault, we may offer a partial refund or credit.

2. Real Estate Services

  • Fees paid for consultancy or brokerage are non-refundable after the consultation has been delivered.
  • For property transactions, refunds or cancellations depend on the property owner or developer’s policies, not Cevils.

3. Advance Payments

  • Deposits made for securing services are non-refundable but may be applied as credit for future services if agreed.
